ROLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Welder, you will be vital in producing high-quality steel components that meet defined project specifications. Working with our skilled team, you’ll execute welding tasks with precision and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform various welding techniques, including MIG and TIG.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Perform quality welds that pass the appropriate NDT inspections.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and find solutions.

Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Assist in other shop duties as needed.
ACCOUNTABILITY
You will be responsible for the accuracy and quality of your work. Adhering to all safety protocols and quality control systems is a necessity.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Journeyman Welding Certification or equivalent experience.

Welding Foundations or C Level will be the minimum to be considered.

Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License
